	In our initial contact with you we will try to obtain a clear view of what we should and shoudn't be looking for so we can find a property that will forfill all you wishes.
	Now we will be filter true our databese to find the property that is best suited to your needs and compose a list for you to view.
	The properties that catch you atention we will make arangments for you to view.
	During one, or several, day we will accompany you while viewing the properties and give you usefull information about the erea and try to awnser any questions that you might have
	After having view aal the properties we asure you that you will be able to make a well informed disition wheter to buy a property that you have viewed

Advise

We recommend you take the time for the viewings, but also for exploringf the surroundings to get a good impression. Even if Real Estate in our eyes is relatively cheap, we realise that the purchase of forain real estate objects must be discussed thoroughly and predominated.
