Sale Procedure

When during your stay or later at home dicide to buy a property in hungary, then there are a number of things we must set into motion with you. There is number of specific documents and rules to be aware of.

However at purchasing a propertywe wil refund you the hotel costs that you made while viwing the properties, the refund will be deducted as a discount on your purchase payment.

First we must ensure that a contract (established at/by lawyer) is established with the selling party, so that the property can no longer be sold to another purchaser. At this point you will also have to make an advance payment on the sales price. This advance payment amounts to generally 10-20% of the sales price.

Required Documents

Registration of concerning document at the land register, in what state mentions who is the legitimate owner. This document cannot be parent then 3 months and must also indicate that the object free of charges (such as: mortgage, debts and bay) are.

A signed buy certificate. It has not been permitted a "provisional hand in buy contract"

Document of the citizen status expatriate to that confirms, this has been mostly recognised by a notary a copy of the passport.

Declaration of the mayor of the municipality that the purchase is not contrary to the possible other public interests.

By delivering tax declaration the concerning municipality and a declaration on the value provision of the concerning object.
